Some inspiration for those planning a destination wedding at the Beach! I love mixing the creamy whites of the shells with some gold accents, and then taking a darker burlap or tan for texture and then adding teals, blues and greens for a color pop. Beautiful!!

. Congratulations Anni & Seiya .

Congratulations to Anni & Seiya who just got engaged!! I have known these two for the last couple of years and everyone has been counting down for them to get engaged!! Well, at least I have... LOL!! Anni is from Finland and Seiya is from Japan. I met both of these amazing friends while working at Northstar Outdoor Adventures in Norikura, Japan two years ago. I cannot wait to help style this wedding with Anni this Spring. :) Congratulations you guys, I love you both!!

.The Holidays are almost Here.

I love, love, love this time of year. Wow, it always makes me smile when I think about Thanksgiving and Christmas time. I love the magic of the Holidays and everyone getting together and enjoying good food and drink and it's such a good time to year to give to the charities and people in need. I am opting out of gift buying this year and instead I am choosing to give the money that I would have spent on gifts (well, some will end up with shoes, but still) to give to these charities/causes instead:

.50th Birthday Bash.

Happy Birthday Julie Boyden!!! What an awesome night for a Birthday Party in Hood River. July 24th was a wonderful sunny day that turned into a gorgeous twilight night. A night abundant with 50's inspired tulle dresses, dinner jackets, fresh cocktails, sparkling tiaras, and a full catered dinner from the outstanding Jamie Snell of The Lamb's Table Catering Co. And last but not least, desserts and dancing going long into the night. What a fantastic idea to theme out your 50th Birthday with the vintage inspirations of the 50's. This event was way too cute, and far too fun!!! Happy 50th Julie!!!
